South End Stories is hiring a part-time Assessment Manager who is excited about helping us tell the story of how we work with youth and teachers to encourage critical thought to stimulate artistic expression and exploration of identity at the highest level of learning. Our programs embody culturally sustaining, arts-integrated project-based learning. As we grow, we need someone who can help us communicate the effectiveness of our programs to reach more youth, families, and teachers.As South End Stories scales its work and advances its mission, the new part-time Assessment Manager will collect, analyze, and report data on the performance of program activities that are funded by federal, state, and private funding agencies. Additionally, our new Assessment Manager will support long-term strategic planning by developing a 5-year research, evaluation, and data plan that will help us understand how our in-school and after school culturally sustaining arts programming supports youth.
